Colombian coffees are generally wet-processed (the preferred method) and sold by grade as dictated by the Colombian Coffee Federation's national standards. Only the large, high mountain-grown "supremo beans" are used for our Colombian Supremo La Valle Verde gourmet coffee. Supremo beans are the highest grade of Colombian coffee and hold its own among the best and most favored coffees in the world. This medium roast Colombian coffee is richly aromatic with an excellent balance of full flavored body and acidity.
