Mocha Coffee Recipe

I’m not sure what the weather is like in your neighborhood but here on the West Coast it’s a typical wet and dark Autumn day. The weather seems perfect for a hot Mocha Coffee. Or rather, a Mocha Coffee seems like the perfect afternoon pick-me-up on this wet and cold day.

Mocha Coffee

1 cup hot brewed coffee (I recommend our Mocca Java coffee beans from Ethiopia)
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. milk

Pour your brewed coffee into your mug and add cocoa, sugar and milk. You can also use hot chocolate in place of the cocoa powder and sugar. Garnish with whip cream if you are feeling adventurous!
