A Bouquet of Coffee Flowers

The coffee plant puts on quite a display when it starts to bloom. Over 30,000 white flowers blossom! Even more amazing is that the coffee plant can blossom eight times throughout the year. The fruit starts to develop about 24 hours after blossoms appear. Over the course of 6 to 8 months, the fruit changes in color from yellow to orange and finally, bright red.
