Sea Salt Latte Anyone?

The 85C coffee chain from Taiwan is set to take on the US, with its first store open in Irvine California. Its signature items are squid ink buns and sea salt lattes, the sea salt is added to the foam of the iced latte and it really brings out the essence of the Gourmet Coffee . The chain prides itself in freshly baked rolls sometimes filled with red bean paste, its a great fusion of American and Asian palates. The store gets its name from the temperature at which the coffee is brewed.

So next time you make a latte, why not add a pinch of sea salt to the milk, as its foamed for an exotic twist on a classic.
